We’re preparing for the Spring 2026 season and beginning our search now for motivated Lawn Care Technicians to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy being outdoors, and want to be part of a professional, safety-driven company.

As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll work directly with the Branch Manager to deliver high-quality agronomic programs for our clients. You’ll be responsible for applying fertilizers and turf treatments safely and efficiently while maintaining company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

### What You’ll Do

• Apply fertilizers and lawn care products according to label requirements and safety standards.
• Inspect properties for turf, plant, and irrigation issues.
• Maintain accurate records of products and applications.
• Perform daily truck and equipment checks to ensure everything is ready for the next day.
• Communicate with the Branch Manager regarding scheduling, client feedback, and any maintenance or material needs.
• Uphold company policies, including uniform and equipment standards.

### What We’re Looking For

• Valid Applicator’s License (Required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
