To support our continued growth, we are seeking independent, self-motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with customers, and seeing the results of their work. In this role, you will drive a company vehicle to customer properties to apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides that improve lawns and manage pests.

We provide hands-on training to teach proper application techniques and how to identify common lawn problems. Once trained, you will be able to diagnose and resolve lawn issues during service visits and offer additional services to new and existing customers. You will also be responsible for completing your daily schedule and all required forms and reports.### Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who loves working outdoors and interacting with customers daily. The ideal candidate is independent, makes thoughtful decisions for our customers, and is eager to grow into management positions within our company. Reliability, trustworthiness, and a proactive approach are essential.

You will be expected to complete your assigned schedule efficiently and, when not directly instructed, actively look for opportunities to improve both new and existing customers’ properties using our products and services.
