Lawn Doctor is looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who enjoy being outdoors and take pride in doing quality work. Our Lawn Care Technicians are the face of our company — you’ll treat residential and commercial lawns, speak with customers when needed, and help keep our equipment and shop running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Apply lawn treatments using top-quality, environmentally responsible products

* Operate spray equipment, spreaders, and aerators * Drive a company truck on a daily route * Provide friendly, professional service and answer basic customer questions * Identify lawn issues and recommend additional services * Assist with equipment cleaning, loading, and shop tasks *

Who We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions * Able to work independently and stay on schedule * Good communication skills * Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Reliable transportation to the shop * Must pass a background check and drug test * * Experience in lawn care, pest control, landscaping, or farm/field work is a plus but not required
