Superior Lawn Care is looking for a Lawn Care Spray Technician to join our team. This is a route-based role focused on applying fertilizer, weed control, pest treatments, and turf care services across residential and commercial properties.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in lawn care, turf applications, fertilization, weed control, pest control, or spray technician work who enjoys working independently, being outdoors, and taking pride in seeing the results of their work every day.

What You'll Do

As a Lawn Care Spray Technician, you'll manage a daily service route and provide high-quality lawn treatments for customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Running an efficient daily service route

Applying fertilizer, weed control, and pest treatments safely and accurately

Diagnosing common turf issues, including weeds, insects, disease, and lawn health concerns

Operating and maintaining spray equipment, tools, and materials

Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Recommending additional services when appropriate

Keeping accurate service records, treatment notes, and product usage logs

Following all safety procedures and application guidelines

Taking pride in helping every lawn look its best

The ideal candidate will have

Experience in lawn care, turf applications, fertilization, weed control, pest control, or spray technician work

Knowledge of fertilizer, weed control, and pest management practices

Ability to manage a daily route and stay organized
