Sierra Lawn Co LLC is a growing lawn care company serving Reno and Sparks, NV. We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated lawn care specialist who wants control over their own schedule and to be paid for output, not just hours.

Pay & Schedule

• $500/week minimum guaranteed
• Weekly gas bonus on top
• Build your own schedule — take on as many jobs as you want, work at your own pace
• Must supply your own truck to run your route

Responsibilities

• Complete lawn care jobs on your self-built schedule (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing)
• Apply basic treatments (fertilizer, weed control) as trained
• Communicate professionally with clients and flag any issues on-site
• Maintain your equipment and report problems promptly

Requirements

• Own reliable truck (required)
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable and self-motivated — you set your own pace, so follow-through matters
• Prior lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, not required — we'll train the right person
