Position Summary

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing daily operations, answering customer calls, closing sales, and performing lawn fertilization and weed control services. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, sales-oriented, and comfortable working both in the field and in the office.

You will be the face of WeedX—interacting with customers, managing routes, completing applications, and helping scale the company.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails

* Educate customers on WeedX lawn care programs * Provide pricing, upsell services, and close new accounts * Schedule new customers and manage service routes * Follow up on leads, estimates, and renewals * Handle basic customer questions, concerns, and service requests *

Lawn Care & Field Operations

Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest control products

* Perform applications accurately and safely per label instructions * Maintain detailed service notes and records * Identify lawn issues and recommend solutions to customers * Load, maintain, and clean equipment and trucks * Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures *
