Duties

• Operate and maintain various hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and excavators to perform lawn care and landscape installation tasks.
• Perform lawn maintenance activities including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to ensure healthy and attractive turf.
• Assist with landscape installation projects by planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features like patios or walkways.
• Conduct routine landscape maintenance including pruning, tree trimming, shrub shaping, and irrigation system adjustments to promote plant health.
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
• Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are properly stored after use.
• Collaborate with team members on construction projects involving excavation, soil preparation, and hardscape installation to deliver high-quality results efficiently.

Qualifications
