#### Position Overview:

The Lawn Care Field Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the successful execution of daily lawn care operations. This position oversees crew performance, quality control, equipment readiness, routing efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, mechanically inclined, and an effective communicator with a commitment to operational excellence and team development.

#### Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction

• Send out monthly quality check emails for commercial clients to gather feedback.
• Perform weekly quality inspections for residential clients (minimum of 5% per truck).
• Maintain and manage the Quality Complaint & Repair Log, ensuring all issues are resolved within 48 hours.

#### Operational Excellence

• Lead daily Morning Meetings with field crews.
• Manage and enforce the Quality Assurance system we have in place for accountability and coaching.
• Perform daily Truck Standards checks to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
• Oversee weekly facility routines
• Update Operational Boards daily to reflect progress and goals.
• Coordinate supply runs, ensuring trucks and shop remain stocked with essentials (e.g., 2cycle oil, bump disks, string trimmer line, end caps, etc.).

#### Equipment Oversight

• Conduct weekly visual inspections of all equipment.
• Order or pick up parts as needed
• Coordinate repairs with appropriate vendors:
