Lawn Care Crew Member

Odyssey Lawn Care is a fast-growing, professional maintenance operation in DeSoto County. We don't "cut grass." We deliver a precision Professional Upgrade for homeowners across Southaven, Olive Branch, and the surrounding areas. We're hiring a crew member who takes pride in the work and wants to be the best person on the truck, not just another body filling a seat.

This is a seasonal position, 25 to 35 hours per week. For the right person who proves it, it turns into full-time with a clear path forward.

The Pay (Pay for Performance)

• Starting base: $16 to $20/hr depending on experience.
• The upside: We run a Pay for Performance system. The faster and cleaner you work, the more you take home, with top performers pushing $22 to $25+/hr.
• Real talk: We reward the All-Stars who treat the route like it's their own. Coast, and this isn't the place for you. Hustle, and you'll out-earn the guy standing around.

We hire and promote from within. Master our systems and the door to lead and management roles is wide open. We want someone who wants to grow with us, not just clock in and clock out.

The Standards (What You Own Every Day)

• Precision execution: weekly and bi-weekly maintenance including edging, weed-eating, zero-turn, stand-on, and push mowing, plus meticulous blowing.
• Camera-ready properties: every yard looks like a photo when you leave, and every gate is locked behind you. No exceptions.
• Equipment respect: you run commercial-grade gear and keep it dialed in. We sharpen blades every other day and check equipment daily, so you'll have the best tools to win.
• Reliability: show up on time, ready to move, every shift.

What We're Looking For
