Lawn Care Crew Member

Hatfield Lawn Care is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our growing crew. You’ll work outdoors providing high-quality lawn maintenance and landscaping services while representing our company professionally.

Responsibilities

• Mow residential and commercial properties
• Trim and edge lawns with a string trimmer
• Blow off driveways, sidewalks, and patios
• Help with mulch installation, landscaping, and property cleanups
• Operate commercial lawn equipment safely
• Load and unload equipment and keep trailers organized
• Arrive on time and maintain a positive attitude
• Follow safety procedures and take care of company equipment

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working outside in hot weather
• Reliable transportation to work
• Willingness to learn and work as a team
• Experience is preferred but not required—we can train the right person.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
