Duties

• Perform comprehensive lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to promote lush, healthy turf.
• Assist with planting, pruning, shrub trimming, and garden bed maintenance to enhance landscape aesthetics.
• Supervise and lead team members during landscaping and construction projects, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met.
• Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to provide proper care and maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety during all operations.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care techniques.
• Prior supervising or crew management experience is highly desirable for leadership roles.
• Knowledge of plant identification and general gardening practices.
• Ability to operate landscaping machinery such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small construction equipment safely.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively on diverse outdoor projects.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks within the team and with clients when necessary.
