Lawn Care Crew Member & Equipment Operator

We cut hundreds of large properties a day across Mississippi — you will get more hours than most lawn care jobs in the area. Company transportation provided to all job sites. Travel time paid at minimum wage; drive time paid at full wage.

What You'll Do

• Operate zero turn mowers on large commercial and residential properties
• Use weedeaters, edgers, and blowers to finish properties
• Work as part of a fast-moving crew to complete daily routes
• Driver positions available — drivers earn full hourly wage

What We're Looking For

• Zero turn mower experience preferred — will train the right person
• Weedeater/trimmer experience a plus
• Dependable — shows up on time, ready to work
• Able to work outdoors in Mississippi heat
• Reliable transportation to report to Meridian location
• Valid ID required

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday, some Saturdays
• Full-time hours
• $10/hr – little to no experience
• $11/hr – some experience
• $12/hr – experienced equipment operators
• Travel time paid at minimum wage; drive time paid at full wage

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
