The Role

As a Crew Leader, you are the face of LawnSpark in the field. You will manage a 2–3 man crew, ensuring all properties on your daily route are serviced to our high standards, on time, and according to specific client instructions.

Your Responsibilities

Lead the Crew

Direct a team of 2–3 members, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality control at every stop.

Expert Operation

Operate commercial riding mowers, push mowers, weed whips, and edgers to provide a pristine finish.

Full Service

Perform mulching, weeding, aeration, thatch removal, and precision trimming/edging around flower beds, walkways, and walls.

Communication & Reporting

Coordinate directly with our office staff throughout the day. This includes sending photos of completed jobs to ensure quality verification and reporting any issues—such as overgrown lawns or site concerns—immediately via text or our internal portal.

Accountability

Verify that every property is completed correctly before moving to the next. You will be the primary point of contact for the manager regarding crew performance and job status.

Daily Execution

Start at the shop at 6:45 AM sharp. You must be prepared to work 8–12 hour days in the heat to ensure the route is finished properly.

Requirements

Experience is a MUST.

We are looking for leaders who know their way around professional equipment and turf management.

Valid Driver’s License

You will be operating company vehicles.
