Lawn Care Crew Leader

Local lawn care company looking for 1 Crew team member for the Greater Lansing area. Team member will need a valid driver’s license with clean record as they will operate out of Lansing Mi. Minium 5 years commercial lawn care/Snow Plowing experience and can work independently with little supervision. Manage and maintain crew operation. Willing to accept responsibility, Training, Problem solving skills, General maintenance Diagnose and repair equipment, exceptional customer service mind set. Willing to go above and beyond. Individuals must be very energetic, motivated, must be meticulous. Must be confident in his lawn care abilities. Must be able to operate zero turn mowers, trimmers, edger's, blowers, hedge trimmers, chain saws, snowplows. Must be able to work long extended hours and possible weekend as needed. Call Matt at

Duties include

• Ability to operate commercial lawn care/snow plowing equipment.
• Maintain the equipment through daily inspections
• Operate with proper safety precautions
• Effective communication skills and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate daily work and scheduling paperwork
• Lawn Mowing, Trimming, Garden maintenance, Lawn Maintenance and clean up, snow removal
• Effective time management skills
