Pay: Starting at $30 per hour Experience: Professional experience required Licensing: Driver’s License + DOT Certification required About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Crew Lead/Driver to oversee daily lawn care operations, manage a small crew, and operate company vehicles and equipment. This role requires leadership, professionalism, and strong technical knowledge of lawn care equipment. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a lawn care crew
• Drive company truck and trailer to job sites
• Operate commercial mowers and landscaping equipment
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on every job
• Communicate with management regarding progress and needs

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• DOT Certification required
• Professional lawn care/landscaping experience
• Ability to discuss previous equipment/mowers used
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
• References required

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
