Lawn & Landscape Technician (Full Time – Mowing + Landscaping)

Mowing Route Lead (Full Time)

Pay Range

$20–$25 per hour (based on experience, role, and performance)

Responsibilities

• Assist on mowing routes as needed
• Perform landscape maintenance including mulch installation, cleanups, trimming, and bed work
• Deliver clean, consistent weed-whacking and finishing work
• Support larger projects and fill in on routes when required
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness

Requirements

• Experience in lawn care and landscape maintenance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Truck and trailer experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow established procedures
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and coachable
