Position Summary

Blades of Grass Landscaping is hiring hardworking, detail-oriented Landscaping Technicians to join our enhancements team. This role supports a Landscaping Foreman and focuses on installation and improvement projects for residential and commercial properties.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, learning skilled trades, and earning more through performance-based pay.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with landscape installation and enhancement projects including:

+ Mulch & stone installation + Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers + Bed edging & cleanouts + Landscape renovations + Drainage & grading work * Operate hand tools and power equipment safely * Load/unload materials and equipment * Maintain clean, organized job sites * Follow project plans and Foreman direction * Work efficiently as part of a crew * Identify and report property concerns * Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment * Follow safety protocols at all times * Provide professional customer interaction

Qualifications

------------------

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Landscaping or construction experience preferred (training provided)
• Valid drivers license preferred
