What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a 2-3 person landscaping crew
• Plan and execute daily work efficiently
• Maintain quality, safety, and professionalism
• Make critical decisions in the field
• Keep jobs on schedule and within budgeted labor hours
• Communicate effectively with management and clients

What We're Looking For

• Landscaping or construction experience
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lead by example
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
