In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining the health and beauty of client properties through integrated pest management, fertilizer application, and plant health care. Responsibilities Independently manage daily tasks based on electronic work orders. Apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns, trees, and shrubs using specialized equipment such as plant health care trucks, ride-on spreader sprayers, and handheld tools. Demonstrate knowledge of products and techniques for maintaining plant health. Prepare for daily operations by loading and filling spray tanks, gas cans, tools, and other necessary equipment. Select, mix, and apply fertilizers, insecticides, and fungicides under supervisor guidance. Identify and address new plant health care issues on client properties. Assist with landscape maintenance services as needed, depending on the season. Collaborate with other divisions to complete services when necessary. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for each task. Qualifications Category WI 3.0 and 5.0 pesticide applicator's license, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Experience in applying fertilizers and pesticides or pest control.
