Landscape Maintenance Technician

Colorado's Best Landscaping Management is currently hiring a motivated and dependable Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our commercial and residential landscape maintenance team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys working outdoors.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Mowing commercial and residential properties.
• String trimming and edging sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and landscape beds.
• Hand-pulling weeds and applying herbicides according to company procedures.
• Trimming and pruning shrubs, bushes, hedges, and small trees.
• General landscape cleanup, including leaf removal, trash and debris removal, and property detailing.
• Assisting with seasonal services such as spring and fall cleanups, mulch and rock installation, sod installation, and planting.
• Operating and maintaining landscape equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, and hedge trimmers.
• Loading and unloading equipment and materials safely.
• Performing basic irrigation repairs and assisting with other landscape projects as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site while delivering excellent customer service.
• Completing other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
