Clean and maintain all corridors, public areas, and parking lots in accordance with all housekeeping procedures/ standards and safety & security rules and regulations to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Clean & care for buildings, facilities, and exterior of property to ensure they are maintained in a safe and healthy manner. * Check landscaping, mulch beds, lawn, for cigarette butts, trash, and debris. * Sweep all walkways and ensure any trash, debris, cobwebs, etc. are removed from exterior areas of buildings. * Notify management of any repairs needed (lighting, public areas, parking lot, etc.) * Empty all exterior waste baskets and keep receptacles clean * Sweep walkways and parking lot as needed to ensure clean and safe areas. * Use carpet cleaner, floor scrubber, power washer, and any other assigned equipment to safely clean interior floors, as well as the exterior building and walkways. * Attend safety meetings & other related meetings. * Respond to guest requests and questions and report guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
