POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you a natural leader with a passion for landscaping? We are looking for a motivated and organized Landscape Enhancements Crew Lead to join our team in Shakopee. In this role, youll be responsible for overseeing crew members, completing landscaping tasks according to work tickets, and ensuring high-quality results. Youll also help train and mentor crew members, work with customers, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. This is a non-exempt, seasonal position eligible for overtime.

What Youll Do Quality Responsibilities

Lead and guide crew members in performing landscaping tasks, ensuring quality results. Plant trees, shrubs, lay sod, construct small retaining walls, create rock/mulch beds, and establish bed edges. Prep soil for flower beds or groundcover, ensuring proper depth, placement, and spacing. Apply mulch correctly for materials, plants, and locations. Perform pruning on trees and shrubs and ensure proper watering and maintenance. Conduct turf core aeration and ensure lot and ramp areas are clean. Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure the work meets quality standards. Inspect quality of materials upon delivery to job sites.
