What You’ll Do

Quality Landscaping Tasks

Planting: Manually plant trees, shrubs, and other plant materials, ensuring proper placement, depth, and spacing.

Soil Prep & Turf Care: Prep soil for flower beds, groundcovers, and turf installation, and perform core aeration to improve soil health.

Hardscaping: Construct small retaining walls, create rock/mulch beds, and establish new bed edges.

Mulching: Apply mulch correctly for material, plant, and location.

Pruning: Prune trees and shrubs as directed to maintain health and aesthetics.

Watering: Water plants as directed to ensure proper hydration.

Lot and Ramp Cleaning: Sweep and clean lots and ramps to ensure neat and safe environments.

Reporting Issues: Notify your Crew Lead of any concerns with turf, plants, trees, shrubs, or hardscapes on the property.
