Landscape / Grass Cutting Crew Member

Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Possible Saturdays due to weather)

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Crew Leader to join our landscaping team. This position requires someone who can lead a crew, work efficiently, and take pride in quality work.

Requirements

• 1+ year landscaping experience required (references required)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers
• Proficient with weed whacking/string trimming
• Experience trimming hedges and shrubs
• Comfortable driving truck with trailer
• Experience operating or willingness to learn mulch blower equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
• Leadership experience preferred

Job Duties

• Perform grass cutting, trimming, edging, and hedge maintenance
• Load/unload equipment and maintain clean job sites
• Safely operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Possible Saturdays depending on weather and workload

Pay

* Competitive pay based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
