$24.00 – $28.00 per hour + Overtime (1.5x)

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Landscaping Crew Leader to lead a crew of 2–3 members in our Landscape Install division. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a crew of 2–3 members on residential and commercial properties.
• Perform Landscaping installation tasks such as Planting, Mulching, Clearing, Bed Creation, Drainage and Lighting and more.
• Safely operate and transport equipment using a truck and trailer.
• Operate and maintain a variety of landscaping power tools and machinery.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License (Must be able to drive a truck and trailer).
• Experience in landscaping maintenance and enhancements.
• Proficiency with landscape machinery (Dingos, Skid Steers, Chain Saws and Blowers).
• Strong leadership skills and a reliable work ethic.
