Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small landscaping crew of 2-3 members
• Oversee and execute small one-man projects depending on the season and workload
• Operate and maintain basic landscaping equipment
• Ensure all projects are completed to a high standard and on schedule
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in landscaping
• Experience managing or leading a small landscape crew
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Knowledge of and ability to operate basic landscaping equipment

Offered compensation: $19/hr - $24/hr
