Position Summary

The Landscape Construction Crew Member supports landscape construction projects by assisting with installation, site preparation, and material handling. This role works closely with crew leaders and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------

• Assist in the installation of landscape construction features including patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor structures
• Prepare job sites by performing grading, trenching, and installation of soil, base materials, and aggregates
• Install trees, shrubs, and plant materials according to project plans and specifications
• Support installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of irrigation systems
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
• Assist with layout and measurements under supervision to ensure accurate installation
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites throughout all phases of construction
• Follow all company safety policies and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE)
