Account Manager – Commercial Landscaping & Snow Services

Imperial Landscaping is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee relationships with our commercial landscaping and snow management clients. This position is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring service quality, identifying opportunities for improvement, and coordinating with our operations team.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer-focused, and has experience in commercial landscaping, commercial snow removal, property management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients
• Manage a portfolio of commercial maintenance and snow accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, regional managers, and ownership groups
• Conduct routine property inspections and identify service improvements
• Communicate client needs and expectations to operations teams
• Follow up on quality issues and ensure timely resolution
• Review contracts and ensure services are being completed properly
• Identify opportunities for enhancements and additional services
• Manage client retention and annual contract renewals for assigned accounts
• Maintain accurate client notes, photos, and records

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial landscaping, property management, facilities, or related industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation, plant material, and snow services
• Knowledge of turf and plant identification
• Familiar with estimating and pricing jobs
