Landscape Project Manager

Experienced Commercial Landscape Project Managers Only

National Facility Contractors (NFC) is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead commercial landscape maintenance, enhancement, irrigation, and exterior improvement projects throughout Washington.

This is not an entry-level position.

We are looking for a proven operations leader who has successfully managed commercial landscape operations, supervised multiple field crews, maintained project profitability, and built strong client relationships.

If your experience is primarily residential landscaping or crew labor, this position is likely not the right fit.

What You'll Do

You'll oversee multiple commercial landscape projects and client accounts while managing every aspect of operations, including:

• Lead commercial landscape maintenance and enhancement operations
• Manage multiple crews and subcontractors across assigned territories
• Coordinate schedules, labor, equipment, and materials
• Conduct routine property inspections and quality audits
• Manage project budgets and labor costs
• Drive project profitability and operational efficiency
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify and develop enhancement sales opportunities
• Manage irrigation, seasonal color, mulch, landscape renovations, and property improvements
