Landscaper

Landscapers maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the park while promoting a safe working environment and eliminating any potential hazards.

Duties are but not limited to the following

• Maintain, repair and transport tools, equipment, and structures such as buildings, fences and benches.
• Gather and renew mulch.
• Move and install soil, mulch and plants.
• Maintains lawns, hedges, trees, pathways and flower beds.
• Works with crew members on assigned tasks on a daily basis.
• Assists with any maintenance projects.
• Maintain weeds and insects using weed and insect killer.
• Maintain water sprinklers.
• Clean debris from walkways.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and co-workers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Adhere to work schedules and maintain regular attendance.
• Must be able to work unsupervised.
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time
• Must be able to work in an environment that can be at times high paced and stressful
• Must be able to work in all types of inclement weather conditions.
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
• Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs
• Proficiency in the English Language
