Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time | Year-Round

About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Landscape Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position with competitive pay. Prior landscaping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Snow removal work keeps you busy through the winter months so there is no off-season.

Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, edging, and trimming
• General landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Mulch and decorative rock installation
• Planting and installing bedding plants and shrubs
• Lawn grading and leveling
• Retaining wall installation
• Assisting with concrete pours and flatwork
• Shoveling, raking, and other manual labor
• Snow removal operations in the winter

Equipment & Training

No heavy equipment experience required — we will train you to operate:

• Skid steer loaders
• Mini and full-size excavators

Requirements

• Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work outdoors
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Dependable, hardworking, and a team player

Compensation

$25.00 – $35.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule

Full-time, year-round. Spring through fall landscaping, winter snow removal.
