Position Description

Chemical Technician works closely with direct reporting relationship to address all chemical application needs (fertilization, weed control, etc.). for client properties.

Chemical Technician

Essential Functions

• Cleans and maintains chemical spray equipment
• Mixes chemicals as directed
• As directed, anticipates, recommends, and applies chemicals as needed for assigned client properties.

Role Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, Experience, Education)

* Possesses valid Utah chemical applicator license or is willing to obtain Utah chemical applicator license within 90 calendar days of date of hire * Possesses 2-3 years chemical application experience (preferred) * Possesses valid Utah driver’s license * Possesses ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance * Demonstrates proficiency in + reading, writing, and speaking English + critical thinking + problem shooting and problem solving + verbal and written communication skills + following instructions + detail orientation + learning + teaching + being taught

Compensation

* $18.92 to $23.00*depending on qualifications and experience
