Landscape Team Member

Duties include, but are not limited to

• Performs enhancement activities such as mulch applications, plantings, topsoil application, soil amendment, river rock install, and tree planting.
• Operates a variety of equipment and tools including but not limited to bed edgers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers.
• Conduct all work in a safe manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Operate a snowplow and truck during the snow removal season.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Desired Experience and Education

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a landscaping crew member role.
• Strong base horticulture knowledge.
• Knowledge in most residential irrigation systems preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance and physically have full range of motion in upper and lower body.
• Nebraska Pesticide Applicators License is a plus.
• Must possess a driver’s license, clean criminal record and have ability to pass a drug test.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Must be comfortable working long shifts and weekends when necessary.
