Landscape Sales/Project Management

Responsibilities include: - Meeting with clients to define project scope and design needs - Estimating projects and following up through the final sale - Coordinating materials and labor for each project - Managing 2–4 crew members and 1–2 projects at a time - Ensuring quality control - Serving as the primary client contact - Managing employees

Compensation: Hourly rate with incentives

Qualified candidates must be reliable, motivated, energetic, and comfortable working outdoors and interacting with clients.

Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience in the landscape industry

This role offers an opportunity to help grow the landscape side of the business, with room for advancement into a full-time sales or management position.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
