About the Role

Quality Island Landscaping LLC is looking for an energetic, highly motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to help expand our residential and commercial client base in the greater Huntington area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hungry, target-driven individual who wants to build a career in sales. You will learn the landscaping industry from the ground up, focusing on generating leads, prospecting new business, and assisting with estimates for our landscaping, irrigation, and snow removal services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Support

• Actively prospect for new residential and commercial clients through cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, and local networking.
• Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads.
• Assist senior team members in performing site walkthroughs, taking accurate property measurements, and documenting client needs.
• Learn to develop accurate service estimates for property maintenance, seasonal cleanups, irrigation, and snow removal.
• Pitch site enhancement ideas and standard service packages to potential clients.
• Achieve daily and weekly activity targets (calls made, doors knocked, appointments set).

Administration & Operations

• Utilize company software (including Google Workspace, DocHub for service agreements, and QuickBooks Online) to track sales pipelines and manage client data.
• Provide regular updates to management on lead status, market feedback, and field activities.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (prior experience in landscaping or outdoor services is a plus, but not required).
