About us

A local Alaskan developer and contractor in Anchorage is hiring for a skilled and experienced Landscape Project Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Project Manager to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction and civil projects, ensuring outdoor areas look their best, and handling all aspects of construction from start to finish. This includes consulting with clients, completing take-offs and cost estimates, generating contracts and proposals, planning sequences of work, purchasing and logistics of equipment and materials, supervising on-site labor forces, and ensuring customer quality assurance.

Qualifications

:

• Extensive experience in the construction industry, including residential and commercial projects.
• Skills in landscape, hardscape, fencing, driveways, concrete, and snow removal.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Ability to work well within small teams.
• Bi-Lingual is a plus in English & Spanish
