Landscape Owners Assistant / Estimator

Ceci Brothers Inc. is a premier landscape construction and maintenance company serving high-end residential properties throughout Greenwich, Connecticut. We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and dependable Landscape Operations Assistant to work directly alongside the owner and help manage the day-to-day operations of the company, and who is looking for a long term workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling crews, equipment, and daily operations
• Prepare and send emails and proposals
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and employees
• Coordinate deliveries of plant material, supplies, and equipment
• Help manage project schedules
• Maintain organized job files and project documentation
• Assist with estimating, purchasing, and administrative tasks
• Perform miscellaneous tasks to help keep operations running efficiently

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with landscape, construction, or property management is preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
