Landscape Operations Manager

Job description

MSE Landscape Professionals is looking for a Landscape Operations Supervisor/manager to oversee daily field operations, supervise crews, and help ensure quality work is completed safely and on time. This position works closely with Landscape Account Managers to support production, employee performance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

· Supervise landscape maintenance crews and crew leaders.

· Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

· Perform property inspections and identify service issues.

· Support crew training, coaching, and performance improvement.

· Monitor attendance, productivity, and job quality.

· Communicate with Landscape Account Managers regarding crew performance and property needs.

· Ensure compliance with company safety policies and Osha regulations.

· Enforce company safety policies and procedures.

* Landscape Supervision: 2 years (Required)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
