Landscape Operations Manager

Position Summary

City Wide Property Services is seeking an experienced Landscape Operations Manager to lead our commercial landscape operations across the Greater Sacramento region. This senior leadership position oversees our three core landscape service divisions—Maintenance, Enhancements, and Irrigation departments while partnering with our sales team to support new business opportunities and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid California driver’s license.
• DMV driving record (MVR) check required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in commercial landscape operations, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, landscape enhancements, crew leadership, and service delivery.
• Active California Qualified Applicator License (QAL) or Qualified Applicator Certificate (QAC) – Category B (Landscape Maintenance) required, with demonstrated experience in weed control and herbicide applications.
• Thorough understanding of California landscape regulations, MWELO water efficiency standards, and Cal/OSHA safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
