is looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman who takes pride in producing high-quality work, leading by example, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

As a Foreman, you'll lead a 2–3 person maintenance crew responsible for servicing commercial and residential landscape properties throughout the North Atlanta area.

Your responsibilities include

• Lead, train, and motivate your crew every day.
• Ensure all work meets Michaelangelo's Landscape quality standards.
• Complete assigned routes safely and efficiently.
• Manage labor hours and stay within budgeted production times.
• Communicate with Account Managers and Operations regarding customer requests and property needs.
• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, blowing, weed control, and seasonal landscape services.
• Inspect completed work before leaving each property.
• Maintain company trucks, trailers, and equipment in clean, safe operating condition.
• Complete daily job clock-ins, route documentation, and required photos using company software.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and safety-focused work environment.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has at least 2 years of landscape maintenance experience.
• Has previous crew leadership or foreman experience.
• Leads by example with a strong work ethic.
• Takes ownership and pride in their work.
• Is dependable, organized, and customer-focused.
