Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead our Maintenance crew team. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of landscape maintenance, ensuring high-quality work, and supervising crew members. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of landscaping Maintenance practices, and a passion for horticulture and outdoor beautification. This position offers an opportunity to manage different maintenance properties.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance crews to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tools used in landscaping operations
• Implement safety protocols and ensure team adherence to safety standards on all job sites
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members to improve skills and productivity
• Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
• Apply all Herbicides on all properties maintained by your crew

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care
• Supervising or leadership experience managing teams in outdoor or construction environments
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance and safety procedures for landscaping tools and machinery
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior experience in supervising teams within the landscaping or outdoor maintenance industry is highly desirable
• Pesticide applicating license is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
