Landscape Maintenance Crew

We are looking for a professional landscaper/gardener/horticulturalist with potential leadership skills to join our team! Applicants should bring a good attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a small crew in the field of landscaping and horticulture. Our maintenance route is very plant heavy, so confidence with identification and seasonal care is an important must. Experience running maintenance equipment is also a must. Would like applicant to have a valid driver's license and ability to drive a truck and trailer as well.

We are an established small business in Eugene that has an excellent client base with some great gardens to work in. We try to operate as organically as possible using no pesticides or herbicides. Our aim is to remain a small business, concentrating on professionalism, taking care of our gardens, and taking care of our crew. We are looking to add a great fit to help fill out our staff moving into the future.

Starting wage is $17-21/hr DOE with room to grow. We offer six paid holidays throughout the year. We also offer 40 hours of PTO after a year of employment and every subsequent year. Responsibilities

• High quality maintenance service of perennial beds, lawn care, tree and shrub care, while maintaining safety standards.
• Assist lead with daily activities and schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Help maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to management.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
