Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the crew leader to complete assigned landscaping tasks for residential and commercial properties
• Perform maintenance duties including mowing, trimming, and caring for lawns, plant material, and hardscape areas
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently to achieve high-quality results
• Assist in improving the appearance and health of landscapes through regular maintenance
• Contribute to team efforts to enhance efficiency and meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• Some experience in the landscape industry preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
• Valid Illinois driver's license and good driving record required for lead positions
• Experience with commercial mowing is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
