Fischer Landscaping is looking to add an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to our team. We are a growing, award-winning landscaping company serving the Tampa Bay area, and we are looking for reliable, hardworking team members who take pride in doing quality work.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, understands the importance of consistency and attention to detail, and wants to be part of a professional landscape maintenance team.

Responsibilities include

• Mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing, and general property cleanup
• Maintaining commercial and residential landscape properties
• Trimming shrubs, hedges, and small ornamental plants
• Assisting with basic landscape maintenance tasks as needed
• Operating landscape equipment safely and responsibly
• Showing up on time and working well as part of a team
• Helping maintain a clean, professional appearance on every property

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of landscape maintenance experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in Florida weather
• Must be able to safely operate standard landscape maintenance equipment
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
