Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead

Camden Gardens, Inc. is an established customer service leader and one of the top designers of exterior and interior landscapes, serving high end residential and commercial clients, including Hotels, Shopping Centers, Hospitals and many large office towers, in the greater Seattle, Bellevue and surrounding areas!

The position will report to our Landscape Maintenance Manager and will lead an exterior landscaping team to maintain client landscapes.

This is a full-time, year-round, position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in providing direction and motivation for the crew. Maintain a full knowledge of accounts Ensure all work is completed in adherence to safety policies and guidelines. Perform quality assurance/quality control of exterior maintenance services provided to all properties. Participate in field work.

Knowledge & familiarity with the landscaping field and maintenance best practices. Must possess a valid WA driver's license with no more than 2 traffic volitions within the last 3 years. Must be able to work full-time. Able to lift and work in the field. Ability to communicate clearly & effectively. Pesticide license is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
