The Role

The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth through new client acquisition and existing account expansion. You’ll combine your landscape knowledge with a sales mindset — building relationships that lead to long-term contracts, recurring revenue, and satisfied customers.

This is not a passive account management role — it’s a frontline sales position for someone who wants to own their territory, exceed goals, and earn what they’re worth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow an assigned book of maintenance clients
• Proactively identify and close enhancement and upgrade opportunities
• Prospect, network, and convert new leads into long-term maintenance contracts
• Conduct site visits, provide professional recommendations, and prepare winning proposals
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure service quality that keeps clients renewing
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Track pipeline activity and forecast growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in landscape sales, account management, or business development
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Competitive, confident, and motivated to win
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance operations and pricing strategies
• Personable, reliable, and professional — someone clients trust
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
