Landscape Lead

PRINCE Facility Services is accepting applications for a Landscape Installation and Maintenance LEAD.

We are interviewing for a permanent, full time Landscape LEAD that can perform needed duties as well as keep the small team organized, on time, and executing quality work.

Hours are typically 1st shift, can be flexible at times depending on the particular job at hand... specifically during snow season.

The right person must have the ability to handle every aspect listed below...

-Executing work orders alone or in a team environment

-Accurately updating and management of our CRM system

-Building and maintaining a schedule for yourself and your team

-Communication with your team

-Communication with our clients

-Following, teaching, updating, and implementing processes in your department and for you team

-Overall organization of yourself and the team

Qualifications are as follows...

-EXTREMELY organized

-detail oriented

-Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

-motivated to do quality work

-able to follow directions and processes diligently

-willing and able to work alone or in a team environment

-willing and able to help and train their team

-able to drive with valid drivers license

-able to do some heavy lifting

-able to work long hours from time to time if the job requires

-an excellent communicator, especially written communication

-able to budget time well
