Landscape Laborer

Overview

The Landscaping Crew Member will be responsible for installing and maintaining landscapes, planting greenery, and performing tasks to ensure outdoor spaces are attractive, safe, and well-maintained.

Duties

• Install and maintain landscape features such as plants, trees, shrubs, and mulch.
• Perform edging, trimming, and pruning to maintain clean and professional property aesthetics.
• Assist with planting flowers, trees, and other greenery to enhance outdoor spaces.
• Maintain landscape beds by weeding, mulching, and ensuring healthy plant growth.
• Remove dead, damaged, or unwanted plants and branches.
• Assist in the installation of landscape hardscapes such as pavers, retaining walls, or decorative features.
• Perform routine cleanup and debris removal to keep properties neat and tidy.
• Seasonal Snow Removal Required

Required Skills & Abilities

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of landscaping practices, tools, and materials
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Education & Experience

• Active Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Prior landscaping experience preferred

Physical Demands

• Use of hands to handle, control objects, tools, or controls.
• Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and shoveling.
• Must be able to lift 25+ pounds at times
