Landscape Laborer / Crew Member

Pay: $22.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience

Roman Brothers Landscaping is looking to hire one to two experienced landscape laborers to finish out the season. We are looking for people who can work full time and stay with us through the end of the season, which typically runs until late October, weather permitting.

We are a small, family-owned landscaping company based in Bozeman. We perform a variety of landscape installation and cleanup work, including planting, rock and mulch installation, grading, edging, sod, irrigation support, tree and shrub work, and general landscape labor. We do not focus on regular mowing or weekly lawn maintenance.

We are looking for people with landscaping, construction, or other outdoor labor experience. Applicants should be reliable, comfortable with physical work, and able to work outside in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities may include

• Landscape installation and cleanup
• Moving and placing rock, soil, mulch, sod, and plants
• Digging, grading, edging, and site preparation
• Assisting with irrigation, planting, and general project work
• Loading, unloading, and organizing tools and materials

Requirements

• Ability to work full time through the end of the season
• Prior landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outside throughout the day
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a small crew

Schedule

• Full-time seasonal work
• Typically 4x10-hour shifts, with some variation depending on weather and project needs
• Work expected to continue through late October, weather permitting
