Landscape Laborer

We are looking for an experienced Landscaping Laborer to join our crew. This is a hands-on outdoor role servicing commercial and residential accounts across Delaware. We're looking for someone who knows the work, takes pride in it, and is ready to contribute from day one.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing
• Planting, mulching, and general landscaping installs
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely
• Assist with hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Maintain equipment and tools regularly

• Prior experience in mowing, lawn care, or landscaping
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
• Basic mechanical knowledge
